SPECTA SHOP - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YOUR ORDER

By accepting our terms and conditions, a written and binding agreement is entered upon confirmation of order between the customer and SPECTA. Once an order is completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in the shopping cart are not reserved before completion and may be purchased by other customers.

In case of errors, product quality issues or omissions in the order, SPECTA reserves the right not to complete and cancel the order.


PAYMENT

Payment is possible with Visa or Master card. Payment is safe and runs through Stripe which follows the international standards PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) for data protection. SPECTA will not at any time hold the information about your credit card etc.. You can therefore safely use your credit card.


SHIPPING

For purchases below DKK 1.000,- we will add DKK 90,- for shipping to an address in Denmark. On orders amounting to more than DKK 1.000,-, shipping in Denmark is free.

Orders are dispatched by using GLS for domestic orders. If you are based outside of Denmark, we will get in touch with a shipping quote. Upon acceptance of the shipping quote, we will pack your order asap and ship it.

All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping times are usually between 1-4 business days within Denmark and usually between 3-10 business days outside of Denmark.


RETURNS

The customer may cancel and return a purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item(s). The product(s) must be returned unused and preferably, in its original packaging. Please let us know by phone +45 29635594 or by email gitte@specta.dk before you return an item.
